Skill Development & Employability

We strengthen individuals with industry-relevant skills, vocational training and employability capabilities to improve access to employment and sustainable livelihoods. Our work includes skill-gap assessment, vocational training, soft skills, career guidance, entrepreneurship orientation, industry linkages, placement support and capacity building. We aim to bridge the gap between skills and opportunities, enabling individuals to build sustainable careers and livelihoods.

Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship

We support individuals and communities in building sustainable livelihoods and successful enterprises by strengthening entrepreneurial skills, local businesses and market opportunities. Our work includes entrepreneurship training, business planning, financial literacy, enterprise development, mentoring, product development, value addition, digital skills, market linkages and capacity building. We encourage local enterprise and innovation, helping people turn their skills and ideas into viable income-generating opportunities while promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

Agriculture & Value Chains Development

We support agriculture-based livelihoods and enterprises by working with farmers and communities across production, value addition and market development. Our work includes black rice production, field-level agricultural activities, crop and livelihood promotion, food processing, value addition, market research, producer linkages, branding and market access. We aim to strengthen local agricultural value chains and help farmers and rural enterprises convert local resources into sustainable and market-oriented opportunities.

Sustainability & Inclusive Development

We promote environmentally responsible and socially inclusive development solutions that create lasting benefits for communities and strengthen their resilience. Our work focuses on green enterprises, climate-resilient livelihoods, sustainable resource use, community participation, social inclusion and innovative development models that balance economic opportunities with environmental and social well-being.

Value Chain Analysis

Black Rice Value Chain Analysis assesses the entire chain from cultivation and aggregation to processing, packaging and market linkage. It identifies value-addition and premium product opportunities to improve farmer income and rural entrepreneurship. The study covers market demand, pricing, distribution channels and potential domestic/export markets.

MEDP/LEDP

Enterprise Development Programme

MEDP/LEDP Projects focus on building entrepreneurial skills and sustainable livelihoods among rural communities, SHGs and micro-entrepreneurs. The projects provide skill training, enterprise development, financial literacy and market linkages to support income-generating activities. The initiatives aim to promote self-employment, micro-enterprise growth and sustainable rural livelihoods.

Pineapple Winery Project

Pineapple Value Addition Project

Pineapple Winery Project focuses on converting locally available pineapples into value-added wine and other processed products. The project aims to reduce post-harvest losses while creating rural enterprises, employment and additional income for farmers. It covers raw material sourcing, processing, branding, packaging and market development for sustainable commercialisation.
